Last minute REMINDERS for the event at Spooky Nook Champion Mill, 601 North B Street, Hamilton, OH on Sunday, September 21, 2025. I have attached a map for parking and the outdoor field.



NOTICE: We will be using Exposure Events for the SCHEDULE & ALL DAY OF Tournament Announcements.

Some of the info in this email is for YOU and some of this info is for your team. Please share the TEAM INFO with your team.


COACH/TEAM CONTACT INFORMATION:

WAIVERS: COACHES - Please send waivers to each player through your coaches profile on Exposure Events.

Schedule Info:

ROSTERS / WAIVERS - We need player name, parent name and email address in rosters to send waivers directly to parents.
Download the Exposure Events app for real-time schedule updates, alerts, and scores - the tournament event will NOT show up on TeamSnap Tournaments while the schedule is being worked on. You do not need to look for it until the day before the event when the schedule is OFFICIAL.

RULES: 11 players - 6 on the field, 5 in the team area, is all that is allowed. If you have extra players or players from another team that want to watch, they MUST watch from the spectators side of the field.

Each team must provide ONE adult volunteer to help keep time/score at the field between the team areas.

Adults: $10 / Kids FREE / FREE for one head coach and all players per team
